When a cyber incident becomes a public story, technical expertise is no longer enough.

Every word matters. Every expression is scrutinized. And the pressure to communicate with clarity—often before all the facts are known—can be immense.

At the Cyber Resilience Summit, two experienced CISOs will lead a special applied session on preparing for that moment:

➡ Amy Bogac, CISO of Baker Tilly, will share firsthand lessons from leading through high-stakes situations under intense media and public scrutiny—including what the experience demanded of her as both a security executive and a human being.

➡ Julie Myerholtz, CISO of Brunswick Corporation, will demonstrate why media and PR preparation must happen before a major incident—and how training helps leaders protect their composure, credibility, and organizational trust when the pressure is on.

This will not be a conventional panel discussion. It is an applied human-performance experience designed to help CISOs understand what happens when the incident leaves the security operations center and enters the public arena.

If you are responsible for leading through a cyber crisis, you need to be in the room for this session.

Long-term value depends on operating conditions that conventional metrics often miss: whether people, partners, regulators, and leaders retain the capacity and willingness to move value forward.

Sabino Marquez, co-founder and systems architect of Trustable, will explore how leaders can make trust, operating capacity, and stakeholder confidence more visible in consequential decisions.

Drawing on more than 25 years across technology, cybersecurity, assurance, privacy, AI, education, and governance, Sabino brings a systems-level perspective to the conditions that make performance and durable value possible.

This is an applied conversation about seeing the conditions behind the decision—not just the decision itself.
